mank1234 To calculate, one needs more information: the floor plan or the total area of the floor of the building. the thickness of the DPC you want. the strength of concrete your drawing specified. (if not specified, we will state the value you will achieve with our estimation)
mansa @mank1234 Thank you for your response. I want to use 3 inches for the thickness The 2 bedroom is 39 by 23 ft (feet) The mini flats is 67 by 31 ft (feet) I look forward to getting your reply.
brabus mansa Grade of concrete denotes its strength required for construction. For example, M30 grade signifies that compressive strength required for construction is 30MPa. The first letter in grade “M” is the mix and 30 is the required strength in MPa. For your bungalow, you’ll be fine with M10 grade of concrete which means you’ll use lesser quantity of cement.

mansa brabus Sincerely, I am not sure of where Ode Lemo is. My Journey has always from Ikorodu to Adamo Bus stop, From There Bike to Igode.
brabus mansa if the site is accessed from Ikorodu, the amount will be higher as we can’t move machine from sagamu to Ikorodu. You should budget about 150k for the casting.
