What you have is 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom flats, not 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom flats.

To start with, what’s the size of your land? And what’s informed the design layout?

It looked as if you have an irregular shaped plot.

According to the architect,
The land sharp cant contain 4bedrooms flat and 2 bedrooms flat.

The land is irregular shaped so I think the architect did a good job with the plan. He couldn’t have achieved something much better than the design.

Can you find out if it’s possible to make few adjustment to the plan?

Here are few things that are not right in the design:

Visitors toilet outside 😮
The awkward shape of the store in the living room
Only 1 room has cross ventilation

Olamoraks If this won’t be too much to ask, here’s my proposed edit.

The position of the kitchen is toooo far away from the rooms.
The big house is looking very small with too many corners.
Introduction of a terrace behind the dining brings in better lighting into the lounge; provided a terrace for the kitchen and backyard access into the building. This means someone in the room can get to the back of the house through the kitchen without getting into the living room.
Visitor toilet is hidden from view

Thank you for your idea ,I totally agree with you and what about the cross ventilation for master bedroom?
I was thinking the dining will go the where lobby then master should come to where the kitchen is.
What do u think?

Nice one but the space will be too small for a master bedroom.

I’m trying as much as possible not to alter the existing design of the architect. If what we are doing goes beyond this then a complete redesign might be needed to improve the flow.

The master bedroom is now cross-ventilated with an L-shaped or any other type of window.
