Slankonsassociates I don’t know how much it will cost me, hence the reason I am here but I am actually looking at 20m total budget (Including finishing) for the 4 bed.
Like I said above, an engineer was on ground to check the kind of soil/land it is, also saw a bungalow on it which had just blocks as foundation. So a raft is what he said would suffice for a duplex on such land (Sandy/Flat surface)
Though I am expecting other “rooms” (Study, Ante, store, and a walk in closet (W)) to be inclusive in the total package.
I also want a “modest” jacuzzi like relaxation room inclusive.
I am here to face reality vis budget vis expectation.
