I bet you weren’t expecting Lagos to be in the list of locations to get cheap lands in Nigeria. But, it is what it is. No doubt, Lagos is one of the most strategic locations for real estate, because of its level of development. However, there are various locations in Lagos where you can get cheap lands.
Epe - Ibeju Lekki: News have it that this area has been set for a number of government owned projects to help with utmost development, some of which are; The Lekki airport, Lekki deep sea, and more. Huge businesses like Dank milk and Dangote refinery are also one of the few that will be there soon.
Lands are a great deal in that location because of these improvements and interventions. No doubt, this is a very important real estate investment for you.
Ikorodu: If there was a poll to choose between getting a house at Ikorodu or not, most people would rather choose “not”. Nevertheless, Ikorodu is somewhere you can get cheap lands in Lagos. You can acquire good lands in some areas like Agbowo, Isanwo, Imota, Ijede, Igbolomu just to mention a few.
OGUN STATE

- Kuje: You can get cheap lands at Kuje. It’s inexpensive compared to other areas.
