Overall, I really like the functional use of spaces BUT if I had my way I’d love to have a private space where the family (especially the kids and their friends) can spend time (do their homework, hangout with friends and or use computers) that’s private and not in view of all and sundry coming into the house.
The plan will definitely work for a small family but not a growing family.
You might want to tuck in a private lounge (ni matter how small) in the lobby area to achieve the above.
