My Engr just sent me the below materials to be needed for my decking and it looks much for me, please can anybody advice on this. The decking size is approximately 350sqm

16mm iron rod 2tons
12mm iron rod 5 1/2tons
10mm iron rod 1ton
1by12 wood 600pcs
Cement 350 bags

It’s not too much. I was going to ask if you’re actually sure of the total area as the quantity of iron rods seems too small for that size.

350sqm is actually not a small building.

realk I even felt to my own opinion it’s fair because if you’re talking of 350sqm for the building that’s about 55% of a complete land. It’s big sir
