Dear Kobo Citizens. Please I am starting a little project and it’s already looking so sophisticated to me,I have been following from Nairaland till here,I am a silent follow and I do not comment nor reply,I only view and pass…..I will like to come in fully now and please I will like every little input on this little project,I seen my oga Brabus advice a lot of people on here and I must say God will bless and reward you sir. This build has gulped a lot of money already as I’m already in filling level and waiting for dcp casting as been told by the engineer……on the floor plan I had to change the flat at the back to the left angle because of the way the gate is positioned on the land…..please I will really appreciate any input.

Nice use of space. I see interference in the opening of the room doors and toilet doors. That should be corrected asfterbthe DPC.

Willy0001 when opening the door of the bedroom, it covers the door of the toilet. That means both can’t be used (opened) at the same time.

Please can any modifications be made since they’ve not casted the dcp

The modifications can be done after casting the DPC. It’s just repositioning of doors and may be windows, which won’t affect the anything. See attached image below: see the direction of the arrow for an example of the movement of the window and door.

While making the adjustment, you have to be take note to ensure you have enough clearance between the door and the fixtures (Water closet and sink etc)
