tundelight I love the floor plan 😍 Very functional. I love as the kitchen is isolated from the rooms. Rooms except one is well cross ventilated and with enough natural illumination.
Your elevation would be very nice with many ridges and gutters (valleys). However, I’ll suggest you use stone-coated roofing sheet and ensure that a professional handles that stage to avoid stories that touch🎙️
