30 TONS TRUCK LEASE

Please i have a friend who is interested in buying 30tons tipper truck but he is not on ground to monitor the operation, hence he is looking for a reliable company where he can lease the truck to and they will be paying him weekly or monthly. @brabus or any forum member please do you have idea of a good company he can lease the truck to and there mode of operations?
