Nice layout. Good space management BUT the building will be struggling to breathe as all the rooms are screaming for cross ventilation

I almost go not want to share anything on this but I just felt you not doing so is even far worse.

Introduce a courtyard/atrium in the bathroom areas. The downside is that the bathroom lobby will be smaller but all the rooms will achieve cross ventilation.

The design will remain the same.

brabus we try to allow cross ventilation in 2 bedroom flat and also two windows in each room for 1 bedroom units.

If security/privacy/cost won’t be an issue, I’d suggest having a courtyard like this in the 1 bed.

This arrangement helps improve airflow within the building and makes your kitchen safer **but it’ll cost you more. **
