What type of stain?
If it is paint stain, you can use thinner or kerosene to clean it off?
If it is cement stain, you’d be fine with Hydrochloric Acid and other tiles cleaning chemicals. I suggest you talk to a professional tiler or those in the cleaning service business.
In some cases, you might require vacuum cleaning to fully restore the shine.
