Hi everyone, my building project is in Egba Benin city, Edo state. It’s a 3 bedroom project, below is the plan and how far I’ve gone. The site manager has been delaying this project for over 3 months now, coming up with series of excuses. I need all the help I can get here to help me push this project forward please… Was thinking of changing him but I don’t know anyone else and he was the same person who sold the land to me (bought from his dad). If you guys can help me out here, I’d be very grateful.
Below is the plan and I will also post how far I’ve gone and each progress made. Unfortunately, I’m still in foundation level because of the delay.
He changed the plan, brought the visitors toilet out and the door to it is out. Nothing can be done about it again 😔.
