I like the flow and arrangement.

It would have been alot better to have the drawings detailed (exact dimensions).

The visitors toilet for the two bedroom and selfcon seems less than 1.5sqm, i advise you increase.
The (duplex) stairs second flight won’t give enough headroom for ground floor bedroom’s toilet. You might want to resign the stairs.

gbengress as @Dayoblac advised earlier, there’s need to redesign the duplex staircase.

Ill also push for these modifications on the self contain. The space behind the stairwell can serve better purpose.
