Welcome to my new thread! I’m not a billionaire but I love good things. I’m starting this thread to provide value, inspiration, and entertainment to as many people as possible.

Some of the DIY projects are complex (involving my construction workers) and others I do on my own with my family. I will be posting a bunch of our DIY projects that can be done in a weekend and more importantly, I’ll be sharing the cost!
I believe in striving for a genuine, intentional life, and that creating a home shouldn’t be complicated, ridiculously expensive, or exclusively left to the tradespeople or pros only.

How do you intend to prevent it against wind uplift.. Will it be anchored to the ground or mobile

mastermovic We will be working on some cool projects on this thread.

In coming weeks, I’ll be working on a floating staircase and some floating shelves.

To prevent uplift, I intend to play around following options:

having maneuverable (slidable)slats on top.
consider its positioning and orientation. I’d have it in between wall and a garden, not in an open area.
I’m also considering proper anchoring to the ground and surrounding walls when in use.

My welding setup is a complete mess and there’s need to keep things a bit tidy.

So I decided to get a workbench and also use some offcuts to make table organizers to keep things clean and tidy.

We starting off with electrode storage container. At much later time, I’ll share the design diagram and the cost this table organizer.

I am spending this weekend to clear the land for my proposed private estate and I decided to engage some Aboki to help with the cut the trees into firewoods.

DIY Modern Door Project 🚪

Few weeks ago, I bought some woods to build a modern contemporary wooden door.

We’ve spent the past weeks drying the woods (artficially). Now, we are ready to assemble the door.
